Defending champion Valley Public and Trungram International Academy (TIA) won the junior and senior titles of the Third Golden Peak Inter-school Boys´ Basketball Tournament. In the final of senior category, TIA beat Valley Public 60-30 riding on 17 points from U14 Boys National Player Kesang Thokya Thakuri.
In the junior boys´ final, Valley Public beat Greenland 23-19 with 10 points each from Sumit Rai and Sushil Dhakal.
Tshering Thokya Thakuri of TIA and Sumit Rai of Valley Public were adjudged the most valuable players in senior and junior categories respectively.
